1. Where are you based? We are a proud British company based in London. Our headquarters and design team are located at Shelton Street, Covent Garden. We operate locally to ensure the best quality and service for our UK customers.
2. Where do you ship from? All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK distribution center. We have streamlined our process to ensure your package arrives safely and as quickly as possible via our partners at Royal Mail and Evri.
3. How long will my delivery take? Due to currently high demand and our strict quality control procedures in London, our average delivery time is 5–10 business days. We believe in quality over speed, but we work around the clock to get your order to you sooner.

4. Will I be charged customs or import duties? No. Since we ship directly from our UK facility to UK addresses, there are no hidden fees, customs charges, or import duties for our British customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
5. How do I return an item? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, simply contact our support team at support@milani-official.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to return your item. Please do not return items to the sender address on the package without contacting us first.
6. Can I cancel my order? Because we process orders very quickly (often within hours) at our London warehouse, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order is already being prepared for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

7. How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
8. Is my payment info safe? Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways (like Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) to ensure your data is 100% secure. We never see or store your credit card details.
9. Why isn't my tracking updating? Sometimes it takes up to 24-48 hours for the courier to scan the package at our London depot. Don't worry, your order is on its way!
